Your own Image in Start Menu
1. Go to : C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures
* Dir is hidden
2. Delete the ones you never use
3. Add your own 48x48 .jpg/.png/.gif/.bmp images.
